Delivery Policy
Flower Orders
READY FLOWERS takes responsibility for delivering your fresh flower order within the following times:
| | Monday to Friday: | Orders received prior to 1pm, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. * |
| | Saturday: | Orders received prior to 10am, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. * |
| | Sunday: | We do not deliver flowers on Sundays (except Valentine's Days and Mother's Day. 10am cut off time applies for these days). |
| | Public Holidays: | We do not deliver flowers on Public Holidays scheduled in the recipients time zone. READY FLOWERS will continue to take orders online every day. |
* Same day delivery may not be possible in some regional areas. We will contact you if same day delivery is not possible.
All other orders will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. Deliveries to business addresses are scheduled before 5pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries to residential addresses may be made up to 6pm Monday to Friday and up to 2pm on Saturdays. Please note that during Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, orders to residential addresses might occur later than these times. Please make of use the Special Instructions to communicate your requirements.
Special arrangements can be made for urgent and high priority orders at an additional price. Please make use of the "Special Instructions" field to communicate your requirements.
Delivery fees
The standard delivery fee for deliveries to major cities, towns and suburbs is $10.00. For regional locations an additional delivery fee maybe charged to cover the extra cost of supplying to these areas. The charge is added to your order at the checkout. For orders to remote towns, mine sites and difficult to reach locations, our Customer Service team will contact you regarding the additional delivery fee.
Orders containing alcohol
Gift baskets and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. READY FLOWERS reserves the right to reject orders that are without appropriate proof of age.
READY FLOWERS Limited outsources your order to local florists in your region to prepare arrangements of flowers according to the bill-of-materials associated with each bouquet displayed on this web site. The local florist may elect to deliver those flowers using their own drivers or sub-contract the delivery out to a 3rd party courier company.
All orders received by the prescribed times above will be delivered on a "best efforts" basis. Delays due to heavy traffic, bad weather, fuel strikes and any other unforeseen event will prevent us from delivering in the prescribed time.
All bouquets are prepared fresh and delivered in appropriate climate controlled delivery vehicles. READY FLOWERS recommends that all flowers be transferred to a cool site out of direct sunlight and prevailing winds to prolong the life of the flowers.
All care is taken in the handling and delivery of flowers. In the event that the arrangement is damaged in transit then READY FLOWERS will arrange with the appropriate local florist for their replacement.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your order less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
